| Along with the rapid
development of metallurgic industry in recent years, the quality of
steel is required to improve day by day. The outside furnace refine
technics is perfect increasingly. The function of refinery slag becomes
more important. Therefore, our company successfully studies and makes
the special refinery slag for bearing steel and the pre fusion method
complex refinery slag, gets good result. Bearing steel special refinery slag:this slag is confected aboratively according to the quality requirement of bearing steel with quick sludging, desulphuration, deoxidation, impurity removing and molten steel purifying functions. Pre fusion method complex refinery slag:this slag has not only the functions to deoxidate, desulphurate and purify the liquid steel and change the configuration of impurity, but also features the foaming, submerged arc, stable electric arc, high thermal effectiveness. The power consumption per ton steel and the noise are reduced and the refine time is saved largely. Low carbon, high carbon protection slag: it features the light volume weight, well spreading out, quick sludging, etc, suitable for small and middle steel mill. |
